This year, we will use the Tabroom.com program for all registrations. If you already have an account in Tabroom.com (for all VaFL schools, you already have an account), you are set. If you do not, please refer to Section One.A below on setting up a Tabroom.com account. Please read all instructions on the NFL Speech and Debate Registrations (below) before registering your students.

2. Highlight Virginia Forensics League in the League Window
3. Hit Register
4. Create your New Chapter with all members of squad and contact information. You can always add or delete students to your Chapter by Viewing Roster.

Part C. Notes on registration limitations
1. You may only enter four entries per NFL event. Note: A team event (PF, Duo, CX) counts as one entry.
2. You may only enter up to your NFL Quota for NFL Debate and Speech events (See Box B above for your quota in Speech and Debate) and NFL Congress (See Box D for your quota in Congress). VaFL Supplemental Events may be entered without quota limitations. However, a student must compete in their NFL Main Event before their VaFL Supplemental Event.

4. If you would like to watch a walk-through of changing your registration, click here.
Part D. Double-entry requirements
Each student who is double-entered must completely fill out the Single Intent Letter, found in the signature packet (found on the Tournament Timeline Page). Each school will bring all its Single Intent Letters, Signature Pages, cuttings of all Interps, and bibliographies and hardcopy of all Oratories on the day of Registration and present them to the Tournament Director.
Part E. Synopsis of Fees
Each school has a $25 entry fee.
This fee helps to offset the costs for tournament hosting and judge lounge food.
Each school must post a judge bond of $100
Should all ballots be picked up and returned in a timely fashion, and all your judges remain onsite through the last round, your judge bond check will be returned to you at the close of the tournament.
Event entry fees.
These fees allow us to provide the highest quality of trophies for students and schools.
