Tournament Schedule

The schedule has been designed in such a way to allow postings of rounds 20 minutes before each round is to commence.  Judges are to pick up their ballots within 10 minutes of posting.  Otherwise, we will swap a judge in and fine each school $25 for each missed round.

Directions to the University of Virginia

We will be centering the tournament in New Cabell Hall on the UVA Main Campus.

We are arranging for free parking in Lot (___) on Friday.

We will be having registration onsite in New Cabell Hall (Room ___).  We will also run all rounds from the same building.  Dependent upon size, these plans are subject to change

We are currently arranging for group rates at the Cavalier Inn, 105 Emmet St.  We are arranging rates at under $80/ room.  Email Group Sales Coordinator, Bridget LaPorta, with your room needs and payment info,

Restaurants in and near the University of Virginia

UVA is located near many very nice and various restaurants in the area.  All restaurants are either on campus or within close driving distance to campus.  The Washington Society will also be selling food onsite.
